I assume this is the docket for Pres. Bush's wish to block drug firm patent suits, so as to make generics more available.
I am the head of a discussion list of some 400 caregivers of people with Parkinson's Disease, and daily hear of problems they have paying for expensive medications. There are generics for some--not all-- of the Parkinsons meds, and we are disgusted by some of the tactics drug firms have used to delay availability of generics. I commend the president for this, and hope it is strongly implemented, despite the enormous pharmaceutical lobby.
