Mary, per the June 18 FR notice and my voice mail message to you earlier 
today, I am writing to inform you that I plan to make to make a statement 
during the July 26 public meeting on bar code label requirements for human 
drug products.  I will be speaking on behalf of the Healthcare Compliance 
Packaging Council (HCPC), a not-for-profit trade association primarily made 
up of companies involved in the manufacture of unit dose blister and strip
