Mary,
I have reviewed the notice of this public hearing in the
Federal Register and am interested in providing public comments as a part of the
hearing. Attached is a summary of the points that I believe are relevant
to this issue.
Please confirm if I will be on the agenda so that I can
confirm travel arrangements. It would be helpful if the schedule allows
for my comments so that I can catch a return flight but can make other
arrangements, if necessary.
Is it possible to get a list of those individuals and
organizations who will be providing public comment?
