I would like to add Susan Flint, VP of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Operations at EPIX Medical, Inc. to the participant list of the Nov 25 FDA Regulation of Combination Products; Public Hearing. I realize that the Federal Register stated that all participation requests be submitted by Nov 8 we were just notified of this hearing. She is very anxious to attend this meeting so I hope there is still space available.

Please email me with a confirmation as soon as possible so that I may add this to her calendar and make the necessary travel arrangements.
