Subject: Comments on the proposed smallpox vaccine research

If smallpox vaccine research takes place: 1) parents consenting 
participation of their children should be fully informed and understanding 
of all known risks involved should be shared with them; 2) the usage of the 
special bandage (very hard to get off -- especially by the children) should 
be a must.
