I agree with the ruling of the Supreme Court and lower courts. I feel that the average American is intelligent enough to handle free 'commercial' or any other variety of free speech. An illiterate American, couldn't read the label anyway....right? I fell the FDA would better serve us by directing more effort back toward the original mandate: Protection the nation's consumables from dangerous additives and poisons. Thank you, K. Heatherly
