Subject: Regulation of Vitamins and Herbal Supplements

I would like the FDA to keep its hands off vitamins and herbal
supplements.  I do not need a bunch of government bureaucrats telling me
what vitamins and supplements I can take.  I am very well educated and
perfectly capable of studying those that I am contemplating taking and
deciding for myself if they are legitimate.  Stick to regulating the drug
industry.  Lord knows, they need regulation.   For the FDA to assume they
know what will make or keep me healthy is ludicrous.  The whole thing is
a matter of politics and greed and I for one, am totally sick of it.
