When it is stated, 'This product has not been evaluated by the FDA', most people are LEAD to believe that it could possibly NOT be safe. This is deceiving the American public through crafty language. The FDA's job is to protect the public from potential danger. This is not protecting the American people. It is protecting the threatened pharmaceutical industry. A statement should not be made at all. This 'warning' may deter someone, that could have been helped. I could have been one of these people, but I was given an 'education', (thankfully!) and I have never felt better in my entire life. No drug could have ever given back my health. I was not 'drug deficient', but phytonutrient deficient!! Freedom of Speech MEANT that FREEDOM of Speech should be truthful and NOT MISLEADING. The statements made by the FDA regarding a product 'not evaluated by the FDA' (or words to that effect) is TRULY MISLEADING and wards off people that could otherwise chosen to take responsibility for their wellness, but instead, did exactly what the FDA wanted them to do. This gives the unfair advantage to 'the P team'... the pharmaceutical industry, that the AMA claims has harmed over 100,000 people a year through properly prescribed drugs! This one-sided misleading labeling issue that indirectly persuades people has become a double sided razor and therefore, I detest any of these statements made by the FDA on labels. Let the people make their own informed choices and not be persuaded by a greedy and arrogant institution making misleading statements that works for trillions of dollars and not the best interests for the people just wanting to take care of their bodies and to lead productive lives. Sincerely, M.Sun
