Questions
9. Are there any regulations, guidance, policies, and practices FDA should change, in light of governing First Amendment authority? No one let alone the FDA has the authority to infringe on First Amendment rights. The FDA's responsibility is to protect the publics health, yet like so many of this country's agencies the FDA protects corporate America. Specifically in this case the pharmaceutical industry's bottom line. If the FDA is going to continue to protect this industry in it's ablilty to push their drugs that have hurt and killed thousands, then the FDA has therefore relinquished it's so called control to protect the public. Each individual and their health practioners have supreme right and responsibility to protect their health and the FDA cannot interfere in light of their corruption and practices. The FDA is not qualified to evaluate and inforce each individuals health needs, this is why we have health practioners. FDA stay out of our lives and our rights of freedom!
