9. Are there any regulations, guidance, policies, and practices FDA should change, in light of governing First Amendment authority? I resent the fact that Drug Companies are allowed to advertise so blatently on TV and at the same time we who believe ardently in the use of food suppliments are so strictly regulated we can't mention the wonderful health benefits they supply.
