9. Are there any regulations, guidance, policies, and practices FDA should change, in light of governing First Amendment authority? Please do not require the FDA disclaimer on nutritional products. Allowthe information on the benefits concerning nutritional supplements to be stated on products. Allow the information out so that the public can make its own choices without bias.
