I have read all the codes and standards for fruits and vegetables processing of fda,but I find there are no codes and standards which are concerned with Haccp,Gmp,sanitation,equipments and safety of plants, and the health condition of operators who work in the fruits and vegetables processing plants,furthermore,there are no codes and standards which are concerned with the selling process ,during which requirements of quality and condition of products are reflected.
