It's almost impossible to read medication names that are embossed upon LDPE vials. This has the potential to cause many medication errors, especially since respiratory therapists often carry several vials in their pockets. Please either find a safe way to have an attached paper label, or mandate that these vials be in individual overwrap containers which have labelling that is easy to read. Thank you.
