Dear Sir/Madame,

Our company, United American Engineers Pte Ltd, is a niger
seed (wild bird food) sterilizer and packer located in Singapore. A few months
ago, we received a notice from the Wild Bird Feeding Industry of the US informed
us that under the Public Health Security and Bio-terrorism Response Act of 2001
and the Bio-terror Preparedness Act of 2001 we'd have to register our company
with the USFDA. Is this true? If so, how do we undertake registeration?
