I am concerned about the unnecessary intrusion by government in attempting to regulate non-toxic dietary supplements which have proven beneficial effects. 
Dietary supplement manufacturers should be free to make health claims which can be substantiated.

I am more offended by the pervasive television advertising for toxic substances (prescription medications), which have negative side effects, including death in some cases.
