First Amendment Issues         02N-0209

Please do not repeal the DSHE law of 1994.  If information provided by
alternative therapies and food supplements is truthful and not
misleading it should be available for people to see and hear.  The FDA
has an important job, but they need to regulate under current
parameters, not be given power to decide what information citizens are
entitled to have about alternatives that might threaten the
pharmaceutical companies.  I want access to information as provided in
DHEA, and I believe that it is my right to examine it for myself, make
my own decision about it and share it with others if I so choose.
