Please consider the importance of eliminating the continued use of feeding mammalian protein to ruminants. Mad Cow Disease (BSE) needs to be kept out of our country. As an exporter of Holstein embryos, I have been negatively impacted by the recent EU decision to discontinue embryo importation because of the use of mammalian protein in cattle feed. Please consider this appeal.
