Subject: Docket# 98P-0151/CP1

In regard to Docket#98P-0151/CP1, I am so glad there
has been support for this issue within  governmental
affiliation. It is horrid and distasteful to think of
sick and unhealthy animals being kicked, beaten and
are not humanely dealt with in slaughterhouse
activity. Not to mention the impact it has on sanitary
conditions for the meat people are consuming.Thank you
for this petition.
