I believe that it should be mandatory for foods and drugs to be prominently 
labeled if they contain Genetically Engineered material.

I think pre-market safety testing should be mandatory, that there should be 
pre-market environmental review, and that there should be no restriction on 
the voluntary labeling of non-GE foods.
