Please do all you can to protect us from Genetically Modified Foods.

I am a 30+ year "Health Food" consumer and shudder to think of the 
unknown consequences that will result from furthering this 
experiment.  Remember, nature moves very slowly when left to its own 
devices and it is self correcting.  By interjecting our short-sighted 
"will" into this process we open Pandora's box.

Just think about the seeds that grow plants without making viable new 
seeds.  Imagine these crops spreading around the world mating with 
their equals in nature.  What do you see down the road?  An arid 
planet?  A desert?  What good are "profits" now, if the result is a 
dead planet?

Please take your responsibility for safeguarding the "health" of the 
people very seriously and very literally.  And remember, corporations 
are not people; please don't be swayed by money and double speak. 
Cut to the core issue -- a healthy, sustainable life style for all in 
this country and around the world.
