I'm writing to express my concern about genetically engineered foods. As a
consumer, I feel that the FDA needs to do more to protect the general
public, rather than protecting the rights of industry.

I feel that to protect the health and well-being of consumers, the FDA must
do the following:

* Require mandatory pre-market comprehensive environmental review of
genetically engineered products.
* Require mandatory pre-market long-term health testing of genetically
engineered products.
* Require mandatory labeling of genetically engineered products.
* Put the interests of the consumer ahead of the interests of industry.
