Hello,
I would just like to support docket number 98p-0151/CP1 to prohibit the 
slaughter of downed animals. I hope that the meat industry takes 
responsibility for ensuring the humane treatment for these animals and also 
respect for it's consumers and the quality of food that they are providing.
