As a relative of someone who died of Jacob-Krebs Disease I support Docket #98P-0151//CP1 and hope you will too.
Downed animals pose a hugh health risk to the American public.  With all of the problems in Europe the public is becoming more skeptical of eating meat.  As a new sheep farm I am worried of this growing skepticism.  We are known for our humane farming methods but fear we would have trouble if rumors took off about US meat.  Industrial farmers would be forced to take better care of their animals if they couldn't make money the other way.  Please support this docket.
