Subject: prohibit slaughter of "downed animals' 

I am writing in support of Docket Number 98P-0151/CPI. that prohibits the slaughter of "downed animals" so that the animals are better treated by those that are transporting them and they don't feel they can deliver battered animals without it costing them something. Please do all possible to keep this policy.
