FDA:

I am writing because I support the issue of Docket # 98P-0151/CP1.  "Downed" 
animals should not be brutally beaten and dragged to the slaughter house.  
This is definitely inhumane behavior, and the animals should not be 
subjected to this type of treatment.  Animals that are not able to walk to 
the slaughter house because of illness or injury should humanely be 
euthanized and put out of their misery.
