I am writing today to voice my opinion on the measures detailed in docket # 98P-0151/CP1, which regards prohibiting the slaughter of downed animals. This is the only logical course of action that could truly make a difference in the humaine treatment of livestock that have been injured, or are ill, and feel that this effort warrants full support.
