Further more I believe that there are better ways to feed the world population. All of this is just big business, trying to convince the vast majority of the public that it is necessary when it is not. I have been an organic gardener for more than 30 years and know for a fact that it is not necessary to have genetic engineered products. Since growers have introduced genetically engineered seeds into the environment the bee population has almost disappeared in my area (IOWA). I used to have to be careful not to step on bees in my yard, now I may see 3-4 bees a year total. Matilda A.
