To Whom It May Concern: 

The FDA is here to protect the consumer not big business. You must require
mandatory pre-market safety testing and environmental review of genetically
engineered products. If the products do come on the market I want to have a
choice as to whether I purchase them; this will require mandatory labeling.
And it is important that the public have access to adequate information
about these GE products so that there can be an independent review of them.
