Dear Sir or Madam:
    I am writing to object to the new FDA porposed regulations.  These should be revised by placing a moratorium on the commercial use of genetically engineereed food until mandatory testing proves them safe. In addition, all foods containing such genetically engineered foods should be labeled as such.  By not requiring pre-market testing, environmental review, or labeling of genetically engineereed foods, the FDA is putting the burden of proof on normal food.  The FDA must give the consumer full disclosure on genetically engineered products.
