TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

     With regard to genetically engineered foods, for the good of the 
citizens of the US, the FDA must:

     1. Require mandatory pre-market environmental review.

     2. Require mandatory pre-market long-term health testing.

     3. Require mandatory labeling of genetically engineered foods.

     4. It has been reported that 92% of FDA advisory committee meetings had 
at least one conflict of interest.  Such a practice must be stopped.
