To whom it may concern, 
In reference to dockets # OOD-158 and OON-1396, it is bothering me immensely 
that the FDA is proposing that genetically modified foods do not need 
pre-testing and that this food not have mandatory labeling.  This is not in 
the interest of the American people.  Who is being protected here?!  Not 
those of us who will unknowingly eat it!   
As a citizen of the United States of America, I want genetically modified food 
pre-market tested and mandatory labeling on that food.
