To Whom It May Concern:
	Thank you for allowing us the general public an opportunity to express our 
opposing views on the new proposed rules being made regarding genetically 
engineered (GE) foods.
	I oppose the issuance and enforcement of those rules.
	I have 72 years of living experiences, am in excellent health, have no need 
for prescription drugs of any kind, and would like to continue in good 
health for years to come.
	As I read the proposed new rules, I believe my good health will be 
compromised.  I urge you to rule in favor of the citizens.  In the long run, 
everyone benefits, if we can keep people from getting sicker which could 
happen without knowing the long-term effects of GE food and allowing those 
who chose not to include them in our diets, to have a choice.
	Also I am concerned about the possible devastating impact on our ecology.
