Subject: genetically modified foods

I am concerned about the very lax new rules being proposed for genetically modified foods. Please rethink this, for the protection of the people, and require safety testing before use, as well as mandatory labeling.  People have the right to know what is in their foods, and to choose whether or not they wish to consume them. Thank you.
