We are deeply concerned about the proposed rules for the marketing of GMO
foods. We do not feel that consumer safety issues are being adequately
addressed by these proposals. We would like to see the FDA:

* require mandatory pre-market comprehensive
  environmental review.

* require mandatory pre-market long-term health
  testing. 

* require mandatory labeling of GE products.
  
* end its cozy relationship with the industries it purports to be
regulating, and start supporting the safety of the consumers it is supposed
to protect.
