The FDAs proposed rules on genetically altered foods are unacceptible to
me as a consumer. They do virtually nothing to protect against
environmental and health risks potentially posed by the production and
consumption of these foods. I want to see mandatory labelling of all GE
foods, as well as pre-market environmental and health testing of all GE
foods. In addition, it is obvious that there needs to be stricter
oversight of the FDA's relationship with biotech firms, to eliminate the
many instances of conflict of interest within its decision making
process.

I feel very strongly about this issue. Please consider it seriously.
