Dear FDA,
 
I feel an infringement on my rights as a citizen of the United States of 
 America and a citizen of the world when government agencies pass 
regulatons that allow business to effect such major changes to my food 
chain without the requirement of letting me know that they have done this.
Maby GE foods are good or bad, no one really knows, but by passing this 
legislation you are taking away my rights of free choice.
