Subject: Docket 00P-0586CP2 Illegal MPC added to our cheese

My name is Gail Carstensen from Browerville MN 56438. My husband and I are 
dairy farmers. We are very much opposed to changing the ingredients allowed 
in making cheese . Allowing foreign sorced dairy ingredients that are not 
processed under the same standards sanitary-health as in the USA is 
ridiculous. Are you trying to drive the American dairy farmer out of 
business- especially the small farmer. We are getting devastating low prices 
already for our milk and you the FDA are allowing foreign countries products 
  which are illegal to be put oin our cheese. Are you getting kickbacks from 
countries like New Zealand or what? Please answer our questions and stop 
this ruinization of the smalldairy farmer in  this country. Kraft foods 
doesn't care. What if this MPC is coming from cowswith the Mad Cow Disease? 
Do you want to eat it or your family? Think about it please!! Please help us 
out by opposing the use of MPC in our cheese. Thank you, Gail Carstensen,
