   To Food & Drug Administration:

   I write in support of Farm Sanctuary's petition to prohibit the
   slaughter of "downed animals."

   Please grant this petition.  Even with the FDA's requirement that
   no downed animals be included in USDA purchased beef, there  is 
   no guarantee that this will not happen, by mistake or by design.
   It is a threat to human health.

   I strongly urge you to insure that USDA beef is as safe as possible.
   The health of millions depends on it.
