I am writing in support of Docket #98P-0151/CP1, which would protect downed
livestock on factory farms from being tortured and tormented by the inhumane
handling practices that presently exist on factory farms.

I totally support the petition filed by Farm Sanctuary that would prohibit
the slaughter of downed animals ---(Docket number 98P-0151/CP1).
