Re;Docket#98P-0151/CP1:
We are very concerned not only about the horrible cruelty to "downed" animals 
at slaughter houses because they are sick or injured, but we are also 
concerned about human health involved in eating meat sold from non-ambulatory 
cattle.
We believe the FDA should prohibit the slaughter of downed animals.  Please 
do so.
