	Please grant petition 98P-0151/CP1 which prohibits the slaughter of
DOWNED ANIMAL. These animals are a health threat and should not be
allowed to enter the food chain. Also since it is impossible to move
these animals humanely the cruel way in which they are handeled only
increases their misery. Begin this year contributing to a kinder
tommorow.
