Please prohibit slaughter of downed animals. I do not want mad cow disease or 
foot and mouth disease to occur in the USA. Use of downed animals for food 
will contribute to those horrors. Factory farming in the USA has gone too 
far. We need simply to look at Europe to realize that. My health is not worth 
the "efficiencies" gained by factory farming and its associated practices.
