I SUPPORT this idea as an excellent one. I cannot have trans fat in quantity due to its adverse affects on my skin. The other women in my family also have this problem with trans fat. Knowing exactly how much hydrogenated oil is in a product would help us immensely in making wise purchase and consumption choices. I believe that too few people in this country understand what hydrogenated fat is and what it can do in the human body. People are shocked when I say I cannot eat margarine and explain how margarine is made. I think it is time the American public knows what it is eating. Thank you for your time and consideration.
