I write in support of the effort to ban the use of BGH on dairy cows. Considering your acknowledgement of these facts:    
       1. that BGH has been linked with increased risk of breast and colon cancers, diabetes and hypertension
        2. that treated cows are more susceptible to "mad cow disease"
        3. that milk and other products from these cows contain less protein, higher levels of saturated fat, pus, bacteria, and antibiotics.
It is a crime that this substance has been allowed into our food products. I urge you now to ban this dangerous genetically engineered horror.
