Dear Commissioner Henney: 

I am greatly concerned that antibiotics are grossly overused in agriculture. 
A scientifically founded, carefully crafted national strategy is needed to 
balance the pros and cons. It is my sincere hope that you will make this 
issue one of the new top priorities.
