DEAR FDA:

Please grant this petition, Docket #98P-0151/CP1, to prohibit downed animals
from entering our food stream.

Untold illnesses will be prevented if you stop allowing sick and injured
animal flesh to enter our food stream.  Also, it is inhumane to transport
sick and injured animals.  Think how you would feel if, on a day when you
felt very ill, you were forced onto a train or truck to be moved?

I don't want to eat the meat of downed cows.  This petition must be granted.
