I'm urging you to grant petition #98P-0151/CP1 to prohibit the slaughter
of downed animals.
The inhumane treatment afforded these helpless animals is despicible! 
Animals who are too sick to walk on their own must be disposed of
humanely.
Please grant the above noted petition.  Please stop this unacceptable
process...please have a heart!
