Dear FDA, 
    I commend you for the proposed rule that will educate the public about the hazards of xenotransplantation and gene therapy.  Both are potentially hazardous and dangerous areas that the public needs to be aware of. 
   Please impliment the rule without delay, and do not allow biotecnology companies to defeat the proposed rule.
