Subject: Morning after pill

Dear FDA,

I am a family physician that cares for hundreds of women in their
reproductive years.  The morning after pill works in several ways including
the prevention of conception and the prevention of implantation.  Medically
speaking, the prevention of implantation is abortion.  Post-coital
contraception should not be provided OTC.
