Dear Commissioner:

    I urge you to invest more of your (yes, precious and scant) resources in 
forcing food manufacturers to correctly and accurately label foods so we KNOW 
what they contain in the way of likely allergens, e.g., those used in 
flavorings.
     Ditto for packagers and manufacturers to include an 800-toll free phone 
number so we can call re: the contents.

    Does this call for an act of Congress?
